Returns/Complaints

The consumer (this applies exclusively to persons who purchase the goods for purposes outside of their economic activity) has the right, within 14 days from receiving the goods, to inform the HIPOLITA, using the contact form, that he withdraws from the contract, without obligation to name the reasons for his decision. 

The term starts from the date of receiving the goods. The only cost charged to the consumer related to withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the HIPOLITA no later than 14 days from the submission of the request to withdraw from the contract (purchase).

Return procedure:

1. You can return the goods within 14 days from the order date. On the return form you have received on your e-mail or downloaded from the following link (Download Return Form), mark the items (and items code) you want to return and properly fill the other necessary data so we can process your request.

2. The items you want to return should be packed in the original packaging in the same way you received them. If you return items that are not in the condition in which they were received (damaged, worn, washed, etc.), we may refuse a refund and send the items back to you. In this case, you will bear the shipping costs.

3. You can return the goods via any courier service, accompanied by a properly filled return form.

6. Send a picture of the completed form and the shipment number to returns@hipolita.store (Required)

7. After processing your request, the money will be returned to you in the same way the payment was made. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, we will make the refund to your IBAN, so be sure to fill in this information as well.

Complaints:

If the goods delivered to you do not conform or contain other defects or if the price of the goods has been incorrectly calculated, you have the right to file a complaint by e-mail to the following e-mail address: contact@hipolita.store.

Along with the complaint, you need to attach a copy of the issued invoice.

With a complaint, you should highlight one of the alternative requirements:

  • a request for a price reduction in proportion to the degree of non-conformity of the goods
  • request for termination of the contract for the sale of the goods.

HIPOLITA is obliged to respond to you within eight days from the receipt of a timely and complete complaint, whether it has been accepted or rejected.

Replacement of the goods:

HIPOLITA offers returns of the goods, but not the replacement. If you want to replace purchased goods, we suggest you to register new order and return of the item separately.
