HIPOLITA is an entrepreneurial shop whose main activity is related to retail trade through the mail or via the Internet in the Republic of Serbia, the countries of the region (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, etc.) and Europe. We sell sportswear for modern warrior women. We offer a wide range of leggings, tops, sets, shorts and jumpsuits all of which are specially designed and tailored from carefully selected materials, enabling you to be comfortable both during everyday activities and during the most intensive training sessions, while at the same time highlighting your figure in the best way.
HIPOLITA’s terms of purchase (hereinafter: Terms of purchase) apply to consumers who order and buy goods from HIPOLITA’s offer. You accept the terms of purchase by ordering our goods after the reading of the Terms of Purchase on this site. Consumers are natural persons who acquire goods for purposes that are not intended for their business or other commercial activity.

Ordering and purchasing goods from our offer is not possible without acceptance of the Terms of Purchase, nor is it possible to subsequently withdraw after accepting the terms, therefore we recommend that you read this document before ordering goods from us.
The terms of purchase are binding from the date of publication on this website, i.e. from 9/9/2021. year.
HIPOLITA reserves the right to change the Terms of Purchase without prior notice, in order to comply with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Serbia and its own business needs. The amended version is binding from the day of its publication on this site, the application of which you agree to by ordering and purchasing goods from our offer after the published changes. We recommend that you read this document from time to time because you, as a consumer, are always bound by the last published version of the Purchase Terms.
- Ordering goods and canceling the order
The offer of the entire selection of goods that we sell is displayed in the electronic store on our website.

After the order has been processed, you will be notified of receipt and order details, after which it is no longer possible to change or cancel the order.
- Price of goods and methods of payment
The price of the goods from our offer is expressed in a clearly visible and understandable way next to each description of the goods on the page of the electronic store on our website. The price represents the selling, unit and final price per piece of goods.
For buyers from Serbia, the price of goods is shown in dinars.
For buyers from abroad, the price of goods is shown in euros.
The goods are charged according to the price that was valid at the time of order confirmation.
For individuals, as well as for legal entities, the payment methods we accept are:
- from Serbia: payment by cash on delivery (redemption fee) upon delivery of goods and payment by card in the electronic store;
- from abroad: payment by card in the electronic store.
Regardless of the method of payment, payment is always made in dinars, that is, in dinar equivalents.
- Shipping, shipping costs and delivery of goods
The goods from our offer are delivered on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the countries of the region (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, etc.) and Europe. For delivery in Serbia, we use the services of Post Express, and for delivery abroad, the services of Post Export (courier services of the Post of Serbia). There is no possibility to pick up the order in person at our address, nor do we personally deliver.
The deadline for the delivery of goods on the territory of the Republic of Serbia is 1-3 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract for the sale, and on the territory of the countries of the region and Europe it is 5-10 working days, not counting the time of possible detention of the goods in the customs procedure.
In order for the contract for the sale of our goods to be implemented, we kindly ask you to allow the delivery people to make the delivery, that is, for you personally or another person to receive the ordered goods on your behalf.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you from the moment of receipt of the goods, regardless of whether the goods was received by you personally or by another person on your behalf.
If you have used cash on delivery as a payment method, upon delivery of the goods you pay the price of the goods, delivery costs, and commission.
If you have chosen payment by card in the online store as a payment method (from Serbia), you pay the price of the goods electronically, and when the goods are delivered, you pay the delivery costs. If you have chosen this payment method from abroad, you pay both the price of the goods and the delivery costs electronically.
Regardless of the payment method, delivery costs on the territory of the Republic of Serbia are charged at 350 dinars. Delivery is free for every order in the amount of 8,000.00 dinars or more.
Shipping costs abroad are charged according to the quantity of goods ordered, namely: 7.00 euros for ordering one piece of goods from our offer and 9.00 euros for ordering two or more pieces. Delivery is free for every order over 149.00 euros.
If the goods are delivered abroad, in addition to the mentioned costs, during the delivery of the goods you may also have the obligation to pay customs costs in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country to which the goods are delivered.

HIPOLITA is not responsible for possible delays, inaccuracies, or incompleteness in connection with the publication of data in the electronic store on this site, if they are justified by reasons beyond our control, especially reasons of a technical nature or force majeure.
HIPOLITA is not responsible for any discrepancies in appearance, color or other characteristics (such as size, etc.) between what is stated in the electronic store about the goods we sell and the goods that will be delivered to you, considering that the electronic offer contains copies goods that serve as standardized photographed models and samples.
HIPOLITA is not responsible for any violation of the Terms of Purchase, if the violation is the result of events or circumstances beyond our control, especially those beyond our reasonable control and conscientious action.
- Dispute resolution
All possible future disputes arising from the Terms of Purchase will be resolved amicably or before a court of real and local jurisdiction at the address of HIPOLITA (Ivana Mičurina 19, apartment 70, Beograd-Rakovica, Rakovica, Republic of Serbia), applying Serbian law as applicable.
